Melissa Chase
CEO /President

Melissa possesses five years of management experience, including recruiting, training,
developing and evaluating employees for an international retail corporation. This became
the foundation for her entry into industrial-based training where she was instrumental in
the development of standard operating procedures, and training processes for the technical
employees of Johnson Controls, Inc. Melissa's experience includes work as an Instructional
Designer for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems' central training department. She was also
responsible for the design and development of business process and systems training for
account managers at Plasti-Line, Inc. Melissa earned her Master's Degree with Honors in
Human Resource Development from Marymount University.
Tammi Bowling
Senior Instructional Designer

Tammi has more than twelve years of instructional design and development experience. Her
career began with the Department of Defense (DOD), where she was responsible for all
facets of training for both military and civilian DOD employees. Tammis duties
included analyzing training needs and requirements, designing and developing formal and
On-the-Job training, creating and maintaining employee training records, and implementing
and evaluating training needs for the Strategic Air Command, Armed Forces Europe and the
Air Force Space Command. Tammi was instrumental in designing and developing an Integrated
Safety Management System for all East Tennessee Mechanical Contractor and Johnson Controls
employees at the Oak Ridge project. Tammi was also responsible for developing standard
operating procedures and training for technical employees of Johnson Controls and East
Tennessee Mechanical Contractors. More recently, her achievements include initiating an
orientation and training process, including designing and developing training and course
materials, resulting in a formal training program for Account Managers. Tammi holds a
degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
Kathy W. McWilliams
Founder

Kathy began her extensive career in labor relations and human resource management, which
included managing the Technical Training and Instructional Design group for Alcoa, a major
multi-national manufacturing corporation. She has extensive experience in organizational
analysis, job qualification, procedure and process documentation, team process, and
training design and development. With twenty-five years experience in a variety of
settings including computer services, nuclear energy, automotive/heavy industry, Kathy has
been highly successful in meeting the needs of a wide range of customers. She holds a
Bachelor's Degree with high honors in Adult Education with a concentration in Industrial
Training from The University of Tennessee.
Additionally, PCI retains a staff of consultants who are experts in their field. Their
specialized training and education includes Industrial & Organizational Psychology,
Instructional Design, statistical analysis, organization development and assessment,
training development and measurement of training effectiveness.
